A medical office building in a swank city neighborhood g ot a 21st century makeover. Retailers were ecstatic as the remodeled space draws more foot traffic. Once a dreary, dank lobby (and a former disco club), the new public space glistens with luxurious materials including honey onyx, golden Indian granite flooring and oil- rubbed bronze railings.
