Although billboards are strictly regulated in San Francisco, exterior commercial facades can present a unique branding opportunity.

How interesting that painting the exterior facade of a building does not need a permit. The program brief: to design facade paint schemes for a self-storage company.  The huge blank walls afforded an exciting advertising opportunity. We created a array of messages that developed the corporate brand, following their standard color palette, and reinforced the architectural features of the building.

“Give me your tired, your poor” blank walls “yearning to breathe free” from mundanity.  We’ll design a message: to fit every building, any industry.
Graffiti: exonerated, liberated.  An elevated message befitting the medium.
